Nhân Viên Tư Vấn Dịch Vụ

• Identify and approach potential business customers through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Search for and expand the customer database via phone calls to develop the market.
• Handle inquiries and provide customer support during the product/service consultation process.
• Update customer information and call results into the system.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer-related issues.
• Create simple quotation posters (with detailed training provided).
• Report work performance periodically to the supervisor.

• Gọi điện tư vấn, giới thiệu và chào bán sản phẩm/dịch vụ của công ty đến khách hàng tiềm năng.
• Tìm kiếm và mở rộng tệp khách hàng qua điện thoại nhằm phát triển thị trường.
• Giải đáp thắc mắc và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình tìm hiểu sản phẩm/dịch vụ.
• Cập nhật thông tin khách hàng và kết quả cuộc gọi lên hệ thống.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý vấn đề phát sinh từ phía khách hàng.
• Thiết kế poster báo giá đơn giản (được hướng dẫn và đào tạo chi tiết).
• Báo cáo kết quả công việc định kỳ cho quản lý.

• Giới tính Nữ, biết tiếng Anh và giao tiếp tốt.
• Chấp nhận làm việc xoay ca sáng/tối (xoay ca 1 lần/tháng).
• Kiên trì, chăm chỉ, giao tiếp tốt; nghiêm túc và cầu tiến trong công việc.
• Chịu được áp lực, yêu thích công việc tư vấn và chăm sóc khách hàng.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm telesales, CSKH hoặc làm việc trong môi trường call center; biết tiếng Trung là lợi thế . (Chưa có kinh nghiệm sẽ được đào tạo)
• Cơ hội cho các bạn từng làm sales muốn chuyển sang lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng.
• Ứng viên vui lòng nộp CV tiếng Anh khi ứng tuyển.

• Willing to work rotating day/night shifts ( rotated monthly).
• Patient, diligent, with strong communication skills; serious and growth-oriented at work.
• Able to work under pressure and passionate about telesales and customer service.
• No degree or experience required. Candidates will receive comprehensive training on processes, skills, and professional techniques.
• Preference given to candidates with telesales or customer service experience, or experience in call centers. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Ca 3 / Shift 3: 23:00 - 7:00
