• Manage recruitment activities for assigned positions in accordance with the company's recruitment process.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate recruitment events.
• Plan and implement employer branding initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the company's recruitment channels and career websites.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment and workforce-related reports.

1. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or other related fields.
• No prior experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good English communication skills.
• Candidates who can conveniently commute via the company's shuttle bus routes in the Long Thanh/Nhon Trach area are preferred.
• Able to join immediately.
