1 - KHAI THÁC GIÀY MẪU

- Làm việc tại phòng phát triển sản phẩm.

- Nhận thông tin giày mẫu, tài liệu phát triển từ khách hàng.

- Làm việc với các bộ phận sản xuất có liên quan để thực hiện khai thác giày mẫu.

- Theo dõi quy trình, đảm bảo sản phẩm mẫu hoàn thành đúng tiến độ và yêu cầu của khách hàng đưa ra .

- Gửi giày mẫu cho khách hàng duyệt, làm việc với khách hàng khi có vấn đề phát sinh.

2 -  QUẢN LÝ SẢN XUẤT PHÒNG MẪU

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION : 

1. Sample Scheduling Management:
- Plan, organize, and manage sample production schedules in alignment with development timelines and priorities.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (development, material, etc.) to ensure feasibility and capacity alignment.
- Monitor daily progress of sample making and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Ensure all schedules are accurately updated and communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.

2. Sample Shipping Coordination:
- Oversee all sample shipment activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time dispatch.
- Lead the coordination with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth shipping processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and compliance with customer and export requirements.

3. Team Leadership & Operations:
- Lead, coach, and develop the scheduling and shipping team.
- Set clear priorities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling efficiency and shipping accuracy.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures.

4. Data Accuracy & Reporting:
- Ensure all scheduling and shipping data is accurately maintained in systems.
- Generate regular reports on schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and shipment status.

5. Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the key contact point for sample scheduling and shipping matters.
- Provide clear and timely updates to internal teams and customers (e.g., development teams, brand representatives).
- Escalate risks or delays proactively with proposed solutions.

- Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung nghe, nói, đọc, viết tốt vì phải thường xuyên trao đổi với khách hàng nước ngoài

- Kinh nghiệm từ 6 tháng - 1 năm khai thác giày thể thao (nếu có)

- Sử dụng được các phần mềm vi tính văn phòng

- Có khả năng nắm bắt vấn đề tốt

- Có khả năng làm báo cáo

- Tính chất công việc năng động, làm việc với các phòng ban, yêu cầu tinh thần trách nhiệm, tự giác cao.

• *** Công việc Quản Lý Sản Xuất Phòng Mẫu

- Bằng cử nhân về Chuỗi Cung ứng, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc các ngành liên quan.

- Hơn 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất giày dép/quần áo, ưu tiên trong phòng mẫu hoặc phát triển sản phẩm.  
Có kinh nghiệm chứng minh trong việc lập kế hoạch, lịch trình, hoặc hậu cần/vận chuyển.  
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý đội nhóm mạnh mẽ.  
Khả năng tổ chức và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.  
Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh tốt (cả viết và nói).  
Thành thạo Microsoft Office (đặc biệt là Excel); có kinh nghiệm với hệ thống ERP là một lợi thế.
