Responsible for remotely monitoring CCTV systems, security alerts, and operational events for U.S. facilities. This role identifies, categorizes, documents, and escalates security incidents in accordance with established U.S. procedures to support the U.S. Operations and HSS teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor CCTV systems and security monitoring platforms for U.S. facilities during assigned shifts.
• Identify, review, categorize, and document security incidents and alerts.
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate U.S. teams based on established escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate and complete incident logs and monitoring records.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate incident status during shift handover.
• Follow U.S. standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident handling guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of security information and operational data.
• Communicate professionally with U.S.-based teams regarding incident status and follow-up actions.
• Participate in training, process improvements, and continuous learning activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good judgment and the ability to recognize unusual situations and determine the appropriate response.
• Comfortable working with multiple software applications and CCTV monitoring systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shift.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in security monitoring, customer service, operations support, logistics, or call center is an advantage but not required.
