1. Collect production data from shifts, production lines, and work centers.

Thu thập dữ liệu sản xuất từ các ca, dây chuyền sản xuất và công đoạn.

2. Input production orders, output quantities, scrap, machine time, and related data into software systems.

Nhập dữ liệu lệnh sản xuất, sản lượng, phế phẩm, thời gian máy và các dữ liệu liên quan vào hệ thống phần mềm

3. Verify and reconcile production data with warehouse and accounting data before uploading to phần mềm.

Kiểm tra và đối soát dữ liệu giữa sản xuất, kho và kế toán trước khi cập nhật lên software system.

4. Identify discrepancies, missing or abnormal data and coordinate with related departments for correction.

Phát hiện sai lệch, thiếu hoặc bất thường trong dữ liệu và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để điều chỉnh.

5. Monitor production orders progress and prioritize urgent production orders to avoid production disruption.

Theo dõi tiến độ lệnh sản xuất và ưu tiên xử lý các lệnh gấp nhằm tránh gián đoạn sản xuất.

6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports as requested by supervisors.

Lập báo cáo sản xuất theo ngày, tuần và tháng theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý.

7. Coordinate closely with relating departments to ensure data accuracy.

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo số liệu chính xác.

8. Comply with internal procedures and maintain confidentiality of production data.

Tuân thủ quy trình nội bộ và đảm bảo bảo mật dữ liệu sản xuất.

1. Graduated from Vocational School or College in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Management, or related fields.

Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng các ngành Kế toán, Kinh tế, Quản lý công nghiệp hoặc các ngành liên quan.

2. Intermediate or higher Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, and data reconciliation.

Kỹ năng Excel từ trung cấp trở lên, sử dụng được VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table và đối soát dữ liệu.

3. Fast and accurate data entry skills with good computer and software operation ability.

Khả năng nhập liệu nhanh, chính xác; thao tác tốt trên máy tính và các ứng dụng.

4. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (BOM, Lead Time, Production Order, Routing, Work Center) is an advantage.

Hiểu biết cơ bản về quy trình sản xuất (BOM, Lead Time, Lệnh sản xuất, Routing, Work Center) là một lợi thế.

5. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize urgent tasks.

Có kỹ năng quản lý thời gian, biết ưu tiên công việc, đặc biệt với các nhiệm vụ gấp.

6. Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a production environment.

            Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, có trách nhiệm và chịu được áp lực trong môi trường nhà máy.

       7. Work on shift including night shift

          Làm việc theo chế độ ca (có làm ca đêm)
