Job Description

  • Manage import and export documentation, record and handle import/export shipments on the system.
  • Handle customs procedures in compliance with regulations.
  • Arrange booking with carrier/forwarder/airline for the import and export shipments.
  • Submit SI, VGM to carrier/forwarder/airline on time. Issue INV, P/L, C/O, certificates to customers correctly and on time.
  • Coordinate with all related functions to ensure cargo delivery on time.
  • Monitor and notify shipment status to related parties in a timely and flexible manner as per regulations.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
  • Report to manager as requested.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics field.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export operations, international business, and sea transportation.
  • Prior experience at FMCG or food manufacturing companies is a major advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • Positive attitude and commitment to professional growth.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Experience in ERP (SAP).
