Job Description

Act as a contact point between Company’s head production office and our local Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh and/or Hanoi) production facilities to ensure that production facilities comply with quality and product safety requirements.
Attend pre-production meetings organized by QT and communicate with customers to clarify acceptance standards.
Perform the inspection of the merchandise according to company procedures, responsible for each working procedure of the production process of standard confirmation, timely discover and solve the problem, fill in and upload the inspection report within the prescribed in time.
Fulfill inspection reports according to company procedures and timelines, follow up the landing situation, and constantly improve.
Support identification and mitigation of risks and secure that relevant quality requirements are deployed, understood, and implemented.
Identify and measure key processes in the distribution area, analyses quality performance data, secure adequate reaction on the results and trends and support root cause analysis and verification of corrective action.
Collaborate closely with other departments on development of relevant quality requirements and on raising the quality standards higher
Secure quality requirements, processes and other documentation are up-to date and deployed to the relevant areas.
Support efficient containment and resolution of critical quality incidents

Degree in quality, industrial, garment, or similar technical degree is preferred
3+ years of experience with quality assurance, manufacturing and/or distribution processes, supplier quality management, auditing or in a similar role. (must in woven garment inspection)
Demonstrated ownership of the assigned areas of responsibility.
Practical / applied knowledge of quality assurance, quality control and risk mitigation tools and processes.
Proficient in Chinese
English speaking is plus
Willing to travel to the factory (even daily) to check all processes from raw materials to finished goods
