Job Description

Support NPI and improvement activities in the Packing area by standardizing packing processes, developing visual work instructions, resolving operational issues, and improving workflow efficiency. This role supports stable and accurate new product introduction activities aligned with manufacturing requirements.
Support preparation and update of packing instructions, visual work guidelines, and work standards for new products/kits.
Support checking, evaluating, and proposing suitable packaging materials for new products to ensure proper fit and packing efficiency.
Monitor and support resolution of issues arising during packing processes to ensure production quality and lead time.
Collect data, prepare reports, and support improvement activities related to productivity, quality, and waste reduction in the Packing area.

Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or relevant field.
Proficient in Excel and able to read technical drawings.
Preferred candidates with knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen.
Systematic thinking, continuous improvement mindset, and quick learning ability.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Intermediate English level.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
