NPI Mechanical Engineer

Handling the localization of power tool components and accessories from PRC vendors to VN vendors. Following up projects to meet quality and delivery.
1. Work according to policies and procedures set by CPT.
2. Follow up on the transfer of components and accessories from PRC to VN from initiation till mass production.
3. Work with multiple teams (sourcing, quality, lab, supplier…) to test, evaluate and validate transferred components.
4 .Facilitate project flow including regular contact with other functional team members.
5. Keep track project schedule and ensure the adherence to milestones; keep the team informed on project issues.
6. Prepare all the product documents, i.e. Feasibility study report, CAD drawing, FMEA, FEA, Product Specification etc. for review.
7. Interact with suppliers to develop part/product specifications that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
8. Involve in failure analysis activities, work with Engineering, SQE, suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
9. Update engineering documents include CAD drawing, BOM, ECO, SER, etc. and follow up for review and release.

This position will be based in 02 locations. Candidates can choose most suitable working place to apply:

1. Cu Chi Factory, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 11, 12, Tan Binh, Hoc Moc, Thu Duc/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.
2. Dau Giay Dong Nai. Shuttle bus fromd District 1, 9, Thu Duc/Bien Hoa-Dong Nai is available. 

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering/Manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledgeable in metal fabrication processes and/or plastic injection molding.
4. Familiar with production verification and validation processes.
5. Product Data (BOM, specs, drawings...) Management and Change Management.
6. Familiar with product safety approval such as HSF and RoHS.
7. Good at GD&T, 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks, NX or similar).
8. Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
9. Good spreadsheet and presentation skills.
10. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
11. English is a must; Chinese is a plus.
12. Able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
