NPI / NPD Product Manager

- Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and BOM for feasibility, including technical & cost valuation.

- Support product design and sample development in coordination with Sample Room and Design teams. Coordinating with the customer to develop the product with the best cost-effective design and meeting customer requirements.

- Ensure materials, construction, and specifications meet functional and quality requirements.

- Lead NPI activities from sample approval to mass production handover.

- Develop and control NPI schedules, including pilot run and ramp-up plans.

- Coordinate with IE, Production, PMC, QA, Sourcing, and Maintenance to ensure production readiness.

- Organize and support pilot production and trial runs.

- Manage and supervise the team to track shipment status and customer payment milestones, ensuring on-time delivery, timely payment collection, and compliance with agreed commercial terms.

- Ensure Design for Manufacturability principles are applied.

- Ensure NPI/NPD activities comply with company QMS requirements.

1. Related Experience

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NPI, NPD, IE, Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering.
2. Experience in bag, garments, footwear, baby products, soft goods manufacturing preferred.
3. Experience in sample development, pilot production, and ramp-up.

1. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
2. Good coordination and English communication skills.
3. Problem-solving and analytical ability.
4. Familiar with QMS documentation.
5. Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
6. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
