Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an Odoo System Executive to support system operations, coordinate business requirements, and ensure smooth implementation and usage of Odoo/CRM systems across departments. This role will focus on system coordination, workflow testing, user support, and operational alignment in collaboration with IT teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Business teams, IT teams, and external vendors to support system enhancement, implementation, and operational issues.
  • Support the transition from manual and Excel-based operations to standardized Odoo workflows.
  • Gather and consolidate user requirements from departments, then coordinate with Odoo/IT teams for system development and enhancement.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT), process validation, and issue tracking before Go-live.
  • Support system governance, operational workflows, and approval processes to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor system usage, identify operational issues, and coordinate troubleshooting with related teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, workflow consistency, and alignment with operational requirements.
  • Conduct user guidance, basic training, and handover for internal users after implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and system adoption.
  • Support daily CRM/System operations and user support activities.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo systems, system coordination
  • Understanding of system implementation processes, workflow testing, and operational support.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and vendors.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and operational workflows.
  • Experience in retail, home appliances, consumer electronics, or service operations is a plus.
  • Basic English communication skills are preferred.
