Job Description

Working time Mon–Fri

Salary: Negotiable (up to 15-18mil)

Insurance: Bases on total salary

Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical documents based on customer orders and product specifications
• Draft English documents for factory certifications and company procedures
• Coordinate with production and purchasing departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Support HR and Quality Management System operations
• Assist in order tracking and production planning
• Communicate with international clients, including hosting and technical discussions

Job Requirement

• Age: Young professional preferred
• Experience: 3–5 years, preferably in foreign-invested companies
• Language: Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Skills: Strong computer literacy (MS Office, document management)
• Traits: Hardworking, detail-oriented, proactive
