Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Key Responsibilities:
A. Overall Business Management with Strategic Partner:
Responsible for developing detailed business plans and executing them with the strategic partner across offline retail, online (website/app), Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
Monitor sales performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, and promptly address issues related to inventory and operations.
Work directly with the partner’s team to align on stock planning, merchandising, promotions, and sell-out activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability and seamless omnichannel operations.
B. Implementation of Omnichannel Sales & Promotional Programs:
Develop and negotiate exclusive sales campaigns, promotions, and combo offers tailored for the strategic partner’s retail system.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Trade Marketing teams to synchronize promotion campaigns across offline and online channels, ensuring a consistent customer experience and brand visibility.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize promotion budgets, and ensure achievement of sales KPIs and return on investment (ROI).
C. Operational Efficiency & Cross-functional Coordination:
Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure sufficient supply and optimal inventory management across all channels.
Coordinate with the Content and Digital Marketing teams to ensure product visibility and positioning on the website/app and e-commerce platforms.
Closely monitor daily operations at Hasaki, proactively handle issues related to order fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and delivery.
Build and maintain a strong strategic partnership with Hasaki, serving as the primary point of contact between both organizations.
D. Business Analysis & Performance Reporting:
Analyze multi-channel sales data, assess consumer trends and channel performance to propose actionable sales-driving strategies.
Prepare periodic reports for the Board of Directors, evaluate the effectiveness of the Hasaki partnership, and propose optimization plans.
Conduct sales forecasting, and track progress toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
II. Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business, commercial, or account management, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or other consumer goods industries with an omnichannel model.
Priority given to candidates who have direct experience working with large-scale retail systems or strategic e-commerce partners.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, E-commerce, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with omnichannel retail and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, website, app).
Strong data analysis, P&L management, and sales tracking & forecasting skills.
Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and e-commerce/retail logistics.
Excellent negotiation and partnership-building skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong project management, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with partners.
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is an advantage, especially when working with international documents and partners.
