Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting the Factory Management in driving talent acceleration initiatives across Operations. This role serves as a key program owner and coordinator for talent pipeline development, focusing on the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of employee development initiatives.

The position will lead and support structured talent programs including Career Development Programs, Engineering/Operations Development Programs, Internship Programs, and other capability-building initiatives designed to strengthen organizational bench strength and accelerate talent readiness across Operations.

Acting as a central coordination point, this role works closely with Operations leadership teams, overseas instructors and subject matter experts, universities, and program participants to ensure successful implementation of development programs and build a sustainable talent pipeline for future business needs.

Talent Acceleration Program Management

  • Drive the planning, coordination, execution, and administration of talent acceleration initiatives across Operations.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of development programs including Career Development Programs, Internship Programs, Development Programs, and employee capability-building initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and execution plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor participant progress, learning outcomes, and development activities throughout program cycles.
  • Track program KPIs and provide regular status updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen program effectiveness and enhance participant experiences.
  • Support talent pipeline development and succession readiness initiatives within Operations

    Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Partner with Heads of Departments and Operations leaders to understand talent needs and align development priorities.
  • Coordinate with overseas instructors, trainers, and subject matter experts to organize learning activities and program content.
  • Collaborate with universities and educational institutions to build and strengthen internship partnerships and campus engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the key contact point for program participants and stakeholders throughout program execution.
  • Coordinate communication, scheduling, and follow-up actions across multiple teams and functions.

    Program Operations & Administration

  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and management updates related to talent initiatives.
  • Maintain participant records, development tracking tools, and program documentation.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, rotations, assessments, and learning events related to development programs.
  • Ensure timely execution of activities and effective coordination among stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with overseas teams and cross-functional departments to support communication and project implementation.
  • Support special projects and other assignments delegated by management.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Operations Management, or related fields.

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, HRBP, project coordination, program management, or related functions.
  • Experience in managing internship programs, development programs, or employee development initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capability.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Good Chinese communication (speaking, listening, reading, and typing).
