Operation Executive

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Book and assign guides for all languges
• Upload and monitor new confirmed and amended bookings received daily from Trails Bot.
• Check and update guide fees, entrance fees on Lemax.
• Assign relevant services, entrance fees for guides on Lemax.
• Check and respond to emails from Inbound Team promptly.
• Prepare itinerary programs, welcome board and necessary expenses for tour guides.
• Looking for new guides to enhance tour guides distribution in high season.
• Handle and operate Mice tours

Note : this description including the mentioned duties/extended duties can be extend during assignment   

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing skills).
• Computer skills: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Lemax.
• Good knowledge, experience, and network in inbound tourism.
• Disciplined at work, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new things.
• Experience in booking, financials, product master, costing, etc.
• Maintain and develop good relations with tour guides.
• Good problem-solving skills.
