Operation Staff (SAT)

NHÂN VIÊN BỘ PHẬN KHAI THÁC TÀU

1. Handle discharge cargo at terminal
- Send emails to partners informing ship's name, profile code, deadline to upload MNF,
deadline to return Discharge list.
- Upload MNF within deadline
- Send discharge list to Terminal, Owner Ship
- Take care wrong seal report/Check and feedback to consignee/shipper
2. Handle loading list of Services which vessel Cosco operator or non-operator
- Update the data to relevant department for checking purpose, and fulfill into final
loading plan
- Keep watch on the vessel cargo operation when her on berth
- Be responsible to update internal system for the vessel Cosco operator or nonoperator

JOB REQUIREMENT 
- Male, Graduated from university with a relevant major. 
- Language: Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese will be advantage 
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in sales/shipping lines will be a plus. 
- Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships. 
- High responsibility, being able to work under pressure.
