Operations and Business Development Executive

Job Description

Role Overview: The Operations Lead is the engine room of the country’s growth. You are responsible for ensuring the product gets to the customer efficiently and that the physical retail footprint expands smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

● Retail Expansion: Assist in negotiating deals to enter all retail chains in convenience stores, or beauty channels in Vietnam

● Fulfilment & Logistics: Oversee the supply chain from HQ/ Vietnam Warehouse to the end customer or retail shelf. Manage local last-mile delivery partners.

● Day-to-Day Operations: Manage inventory levels, local procurement, and troubleshooting any disruptions in the daily business flow.

● Quality Control: Ensure that the brand’s global standards are maintained across all local physical touchpoints.

● Customer Service: Manage chats on social media and attend to customer inquiries

● Setup support and assistance: Workshops, livestreams and promotional events

Job Requirement

● Highly organized with a knack for logistics and project management.

● Experience in retail operations or e-commerce fulfillment.

● A hands-on approach to solving "boots on the ground" challenges
