Range of Responsibilities and authorities
1. Automation process development Responsible for automation process development
* Lead process development to bring automation success in mass production within the committed timeline and with committed quality level and product cost.
* Work closely together with Project manager, Equipment engineer, Product development engineer, Production engineer and Quality engineer.
* Give inputs to project manager about the feasibility, timeline, and risks regarding the process development of the project.
* Review technical assessment of the work packages in the project charter related to process. Assess if work packages can be handled by the Operations Automation (OA process development engineer
* Early involvement in Automatic projects as contributor to the process/product concept choice. Assess the Automatic process feasibility of the concepts for production, inputs to the Equipment FMEA.
* Conduct process failure analysis in cooperation with Equipment engineering and production engineering. Drive all development related failure modes to a conclusion and implements the corrective actions.
* Responsible for automation concept review. Supply automated machine requirements, process specifications to industrialization to build final equipment.
* Involve in sample development, sample build in case automation process support need
* Take responsibility for the Process Engineering deliverables in the automation project.
2. Process representative Responsible for Process representative in released platforms and product variants.
* Is the first contact point for IND support for the any ideas of automation regarding changes in processes
* Is responsible for cost reduction regarding process change by automation
-University degree, Technical Master’s degree
-1 years experience in same position
-Fluent in English
