Job Description

On-site Supervision: Perform daily floor walks to monitor SOP compliance and workplace safety among staff and transport contractors.
Data Collection: Gather raw data from various departments to prepare daily/weekly KPI reports.
Incident Support: Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve customer complaints swiftly.
Documentation: Maintain and archive all records related to quality certifications, equipment maintenance, and operational logs.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proactive attitude, high integrity, and logical thinking skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
