Job Description

Coordinate O&M activities: manage operations, contractors, reports, and client meetings
Perform site inspections, monitor system performance, and support troubleshooting
Prepare proposals for WTP/WWTP: design drawings, flow diagrams, cost estimation
Support sales team: site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations
Work closely with engineers and team leader to ensure smooth operation

Age: 26-36 years old, Bachelor’s degree in Environmental / Mechanical or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in design & operation (water treatment preferred)
Knowledge of WTP, WWTP, and chemicals
Experience in O&M coordination or package management is a strong advantage
Good English communication (Japanese is a plus)
