Job Description

Coordinate and drive implementation of production plans across cross-functional departments
Allocate and adjust manpower, machines, and materials based on operational requirements
Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to schedule and on-time delivery
Track production performance (Plan vs. Actual) and take corrective actions
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues (delay, shortage, quality) and drive CAPA
Proactively identify risks and prevent operational disruption
Prepare and submit operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
Oversee equipment, inventory, and support long-term production planning
Participate in system improvement (ERP, production tracking, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Garment, or related fields
5–8+ years in manufacturing, with management experience
Strong background in garment factory (bags/backpacks is a plus)
Good understanding of production flow, planning, and line balancing
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Good English communication.
Proactive, result-driven, able to work under pressure.
