OPS ENGINEER

Job Description

• Planning and leading the project under Customer spec.

  Be responsible for the meeting with customer, pass down exactly requst to internal team and track the status.

  Contribute good coordination with customer and internal cross fucntion team.

  ・ Main R&R is OPS Build (run some sample size between NPI and MP).

  ・ Make a relationship with Customer, Contact window of customer.

  ・ Gather information from other teams to make the build schedule, ensure the build run smoothly based on the given schedule.

  ・ Report & negotiate with customer in: Daily, BRR, OK2…, etc…

  ・ Pass down information from customer to related parties in timely manner.

  ・ Consolidate the contents for some customer reports from other cross funtion teams.

  ・ Host internal meeting regardings contents to customer.

  ・ Join the meeting with cross function team if any critical item occurrence.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above in engineering department or equivalent.

Experience in Project or Technical Customer Service is preferable.

English communication (Must listening & speaking) (above TOEIC 650 or equivalent)

Good at MS Office

Reading & understanding the drawing, process, layout

Understanding the Factory resource structure DL/IDL

Understanding the BOM, logistic, system

Quick adapt for other job in short term or middle term
