· Process and manage customer orders on the internal system, including receiving purchase orders (PO) and updating order information.
· Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requests via the internal system and email.
· Arrange delivery schedules, track shipment status, and handle issues arising during the delivery process.
· Collect delivery documents and coordinate with the person in charge for invoice issuance; verify and process AR/AP invoices.
· Prepare and send monthly liability reconciliation reports to customers for confirmation.
· Maintain accurate transaction records and provide timely support to existing customers.
· Manage and develop product items (mainly MRO items) for assigned categories and expand product offerings to customers.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain service quality.
· Provide customer support and respond to client inquiries during working hours
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Careful, responsible, and well- organized.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
· Good English communication is an advantage.
