Build knowledge about coconut industry and coconut farming techniques. Understand various participants in the coconut supply chain
Looking for Co-operative Farmers Group to cooperate in development activities
Coordinating field staff team and guiding farming techniques and check farmers' compliance through internal audit.
Ensure traceability of organic product through internal audit of suppliers: Prepare documentation for organic project and take care organic internal audit and reports related.
Prepare documents under the guidance of immediate supervisor.
Collaborating with partners: Working with stakeholders in the coconut industry to create best practices and impact programs. Research projects for community development. Co-ordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to gather information for development projects
Researching trends: Keeping up with the latest sustainability programs, practices, and trends in the coconut industry
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager

Staff in good health, working hard and willing to learn and improve self skills, have good communication skills.
Knowledge of agriculture, experience in coconut farming is an advantage.
Knowledge of Organic certification programs such as: EU & USDA/NOP Organic standards , Rainforest Alliance,… is an advantage.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel, powerpoint …
Good English language skills in writing & speaking.
Plan-making and presentation skill.
Strong interpersonal and team work skills
