Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to customers based on provided call lists (churn, chronic, high-value customers).
  2. Follow approved call scripts for medication reminders, refill prompts, and basic usage guidance.
  3. Handle customer questions within the approved pharmaceutical scope.
  4. Escalate medical or disease-related questions beyond the script to the on-duty pharmacist/leader.
  5. Update call results and customer feedback accurately in the system.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree Pharmacist
  • Hands-on experience in a call center, telesales, customer service, or a similar role
  • English proficiency is preferred
  • Proficient in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to follow scripts and work with call systems.
