Outreach & Link Building Specialist

• Xây dựng và thực thi chiến lược xây dựng liên kết nhằm hỗ trợ mục tiêu tăng trưởng SEO cho các thương hiệu toàn cầu của Zeder (Whiteline, SuperPro, Fulcrum Suspensions, Nolathane, Formula 4x4, Zeder) | Develop and execute link building strategies that support SEO growth objectives across Zeder’s global brand portfolio (Whiteline, SuperPro, Fulcrum Suspensions, Nolathane, Formula 4x4, and Zeder).
• Xác định và đánh giá các cơ hội liên kết giá trị cao như bài viết khách, trang tài nguyên, bài tổng hợp, đánh giá sản phẩm, sửa liên kết hỏng, đề cập thương hiệu chưa gắn link, danh bạ, đối tác và các hoạt động PR số | Identify and qualify high-value backlink opportunities including guest posts, resource pages, listicles, product reviews, broken link building, unlinked brand mentions, directories, partnerships, and digital PR placements.
• Tạo danh sách đối tác tiềm năng thông qua công cụ SEO và nghiên cứu thủ công, đảm bảo mức độ liên quan cao đến lĩnh vực ô tô, 4WD, performance và các ngành liên quan | Build detailed prospect lists using SEO tools and manual research, ensuring strong relevance to automotive, 4WD, performance, and related niches. .
• Viết và gửi email/ tin nhắn tiếp cận cá nhân hóa, quản lý theo dõi và chốt các vị trí liên kết theo mục tiêu thống nhất | Write and send personalised outreach emails/messages, manage follow-ups, and secure placements with agreed link targets, context, and anchor text.
• Phối hợp cùng đội Nội dung để xây dựng, chỉnh sửa và giới thiệu các tài liệu có khả năng thu hút liên kết (hướng dẫn, bài phân tích, dữ liệu, nội dung danh mục, ra mắt sản phẩm, so sánh, bài chuyên môn...). Đảm bảo toàn bộ nội dung đạt chuẩn ngôn ngữ cao nhất | Collaborate closely with the Copywriting team to shape, refine, and pitch linkable assets (guides, how-tos, data pieces, category content, product launches, comparisons, and thought leadership). Ensure all content produced meets the highest standard of written English, free from grammatical or structural errors.
• Theo dõi hồ sơ liên kết của đối thủ để tìm cơ hội mới, khoảng trống liên kết và danh sách xuất bản tiềm năng | Align outreach priorities with keyword targets, category expansion, internal page strategy, and GEO requirements.
• Duy trì phân bổ anchor text tự nhiên và đảm bảo toàn bộ liên kết tuân thủ nguyên tắc của Google và tiêu chuẩn white-hat | Track competitor backlink profiles to identify link gaps, repeatable opportunities, and new publication targets.
• Giám sát chất lượng backlink, báo cáo và đề xuất loại bỏ liên kết độc hại hoặc không liên quan | Maintain natural anchor text distribution and ensure all link acquisition aligns with Google’s guidelines and white-hat best practices.
• Lưu trữ chi tiết hoạt động tiếp cận, lịch sử liên hệ, liên kết đã đạt được và kết quả chiến dịch | Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activity, contact history, placements secured, and campaign outcomes.

• Có kinh nghiệm SEO trong Outreach, Link Building hoặc PR số (ưu tiên 2+ năm) | Proven experience in SEO outreach, link building, or digital PR (2+ years preferred).
• Kỹ năng viết thuyết phục, tự nhiên, mang tính cá nhân hóa | Excellent written communication skills with an ability to craft persuasive, human outreach.
