      Job Description

      • MANAGE AND COORDINATE EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS FOR ALL EMBELLISHMENT PROCESSES.
      • JOIN ICM MEETING & MAKE CLEAR ABOUT TREATMENT (IF HAS)
      • MANAGE DEVELOPMENT AND SAMPLING PROPERLY
      • MONITORING BULK PRODUCTION & QUALITY ASSURANCE
      • POST-PRODUCTION EVALUATION & FEEDBACK
      • ATTENDING MEETINGS
      • UPDATE ALL SYSTEMS PROPERLY AND COST/ LEADTIME CONTROL
      • MAKING REPORTS AND MANAGING ALL ISSUES RELATED TO RED INVOICE, PAYMENT
      • COMPLIANCE
      • TRAINING
      • LEADERSHIP, KPIs AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor's degree related to purchasing, fashion, garment ....
      • 4+ years of supervisor experience in outsourcing processes.
      • Strong understanding of embellishment techniques and quality control.
      • Experience in planning, sourcing, and outsourcing.
