Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
Experience/skills required:
· Above 6-8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial position. Preferably in one or more of following areas:
· Production scheduling/planning
· Project management and team member in supply chain planning projects
· Furniture field
· Knowledge of supply planning and scheduling
· Strong logic and analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance.
· Ability to influence, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships.
· Proactive, resourceful, and efficient
· Team building, motivation, and coaching skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Capable of using planning tools and ERP system
· Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL..
