Package Designer (Cosmetics Field)

Job House's client, a Japanese company specializing in professional hair cosmetics, is seeking a Package Designer to join their team. The company develops and supplies professional-use products such as hair care, hair color, perm, and styling products for salons and beauty professionals. To support continued business growth in the beauty industry, they are looking for talented individuals to join their product development team.

Main Responsibilities

• Work on product design through product planning for hair cosmetic products.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Develop design concepts and provide design direction to both internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain and improve the design of existing products.

Future Scope of Work

• Product design and concept planning for new products.
• Marketing research, analysis, and communication design.
• Planning creative concepts for catalogs, packaging, and promotional materials.
• Coordinating and directing in-house designers and external stakeholders. 

Salary & Benefits

• Experienced candidates: Up to 15,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on skills and experience).
• Entry-level / Less experienced candidates: From 10,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on skills and potential).

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• Candidates who have studied Product Design at a Professional Training College are also welcome.
• Strong interest in manufacturing and product development.
• Knowledge of industrial design, including plastic materials, mold manufacturing, and 3D drawings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required).
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
• English communication skills at daily conversation level.
• Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or fashion industry is an advantage.
• Strong sense of design trends, fashion, and hairstyles.
• Basic Japanese communication skills (greeting level) are preferred, as the client is a Japanese company.
