- Develop and improve packaging structures for new and existing products, ensuring product protection, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Design packaging drawings, packaging specifications, and artwork using AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator in accordance with technical standards and project requirements.
- Conduct packaging performance tests; analyze test results and propose appropriate improvement solutions.
- Support packaging-related change processes by updating drawings, artwork, technical specifications, and related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Engineers (Chief Engineers), Project Leaders, and relevant departments to ensure project execution meets timelines and requirements.
- Apply basic engineering calculations and packaging material knowledge to support design decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Printing Engineering Technology, Packaging Design, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Packaging Design or Packaging Development are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials such as corrugated carton, coated board, PP foam, PE foam, and other protective packaging materials.
- Knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Flexo, Gravure, etc.) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare packaging technical drawings and artwork files.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English communication skills for work purposes.
- Careful, proactive, willing to learn, and responsible at work.
