Packing & Warehouse Manager

Packing Area

- Demonstrate understanding of the extended process of order receipt & entry, material procurement, order release, packaging and shipment.

- Oversee and manage the packing department to ensure efficient and timely packaging of products.

- Develop and implement packing strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.

- Manage packing activities in accordance with shipping plan and priority list confirmed by customers.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure smooth flow of goods from manufacturing to packaging.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement team to ensure availability of packaging materials.

- Respond on availabilities of shipment and/or enquiries/ complaints.

- Analyze packing processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Warehouse Area

- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.

- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.

- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational activities such as LEAN, cost saving initiatives…

- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

- Forecast budget and manage overall cost or investment within agreement.

- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead-stock report, stock-take…).

Others

- Forecast budget and manage overall cost or investment within agreement.

- Take in charge of and lead team for project management and change management.

- Monitoring the execution and do on-time adjustment to ensure the process S, Q, C, D, M (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People Motivation) performance moving on best track.

- Ensure the development of LEAN maturity in the Segment in both processes and culture.

- Evaluate employees' performance and define development plan for both working skills and interpersonal skills.

- Be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving ISO 9001:2015 and other requirements (Zeder's standards, customer's requirements...).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related fields.

- At least 08-year experience in production management.

- Solid technical knowledge about production technology and machine; Adequate knowledge of business and management principles.

- Understanding of automotive products (preferable).

- LEAN knowledge and thinking.

- General business thinking, analytical and strategy thinking.

- Strong communication, leadership, project management and decision-making skills.

- Fluency in English.
