A leading international card organization is currently seeking a Partner Relations Manager to join their Vietnam Representative Office. This role is ideal for candidates with strong relationships across the banking, card issuing, and payment industry, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Drive new business development with potential card-issuing partners in Vietnam.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners to expand cardholder base and transaction volume.
• Lead discussions with partners to explore business opportunities and secure collaboration.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams (regionally and locally) and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
2. Account Growth & Operations Support
• Support day-to-day operational matters and collaborate on system integration, product rollout, or marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitors’ activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Actively promote brand value, new services, and key offerings to existing partners.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to boost visibility through joint promotions and campaigns.
3. Product and Policy Rollout
• Collect insights from partners and the market to propose new services, policies, or operational improvements.
• Execute implementation plans and ensure partners adapt to changes smoothly.
• Track performance, identify issues, and propose timely solutions.
Requirements:
• Strong communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Deep understanding of card, banking, and payments ecosystem in Vietnam.
• Prior experience in card product/business development at banks, card schemes, or related fintech/payment companies is preferred.
• Well-connected in the local banking and payments network.
• Proactive, high-energy personality with the ability to work independently and with regional stakeholders.
• Willingness to occasionally work extended hours when required.
