Job Description

Guide new hotel partners through the Soctrip onboarding process.
Provide step-by-step training on Soctrip’s extranet, pricing tools, and inventory management systems.
Ensure partners understand pricing structures, promotional tools, and commission models.
Act as the first point of contact for partners facing technical or operational challenges.
Analyze partner booking trends, pricing competitiveness, and customer reviews to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure partners adhere to Soctrip’s quality standards, pricing policies, and compliance regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in partner management, OTA operations, or hospitality support.
Experience working with hotel extranet systems is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in OTA extranet tools, channel managers, and property management systems (PMS/CM).
Fluent in English
