ROLES:
A Partnership Assistant Manager is responsible for translating DAFC’s strategic direction on partnership and corporate business into concrete plans, and for leading the execution of those plans — including corporate sales/gifting revenue generation and management of DAFC’s strategic partnerships and landlord relationships — under the strategic guidance of the Marketing Director and the CX & Partnership Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Partnership Development & New Client Acquisition (Lead planning & execution)
Plan and lead the identification and development of strategic partnerships with luxury-aligned industries (e.g., banking, hospitality, real estate, automotive), in line with company direction, to reach new ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and corporate clients.
Design and lead the execution of co-branded initiatives or VIP experiences that deepen engagement and build long-term loyalty.
Own and grow relationships with concierge services, luxury travel agents, and private client advisors.
Report progress and significant new partnership opportunities to the Marketing Director and CX & Partnership Manager to keep execution aligned with company strategic direction.
2. Corporate Gifting Program (Lead planning & execution)
Plan and manage a turnkey corporate gifting strategy for DAFC and its brands, tailored for C-level clients, key accounts, and institutional buyers, in line with company direction.
Work with brand managers and supply chain to curate seasonal and bespoke gifting packages.
Drive revenue growth by creating tailored sales propositions with relevant sales materials for corporate clients, positioning DAFC as the preferred partner for luxury fashion needs.
Own the commercialization of the gifting program through CRM, outbound sales, and digital platforms.
Own the entire sales process end-to-end — from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale relationship management — against an assigned revenue target.
3. Stakeholder & Landlord Collaboration (Lead planning & execution)
Act as the key marketing liaison with strategic landlord partners, including Trang Tien Plaza (Hanoi) and Rex Hotel (HCMC), planning and ensuring alignment of marketing calendars, shared campaigns, and joint events.
Plan and build bespoke marketing activations that highlight DAFC brands within flagship locations.
Report performance results and propose continuous improvement strategies to partners, keeping the Marketing Director and CX & Partnership Manager informed.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration (Lead planning & execution)
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Brand Marketing, Retail/Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal to plan and execute partnership and corporate sales contracts.
Plan and execute, together with the Marketing Operations team, PR activities, partnership signing ceremonies, and other promotional events that enhance the visibility of strategic alliances.
Act as a key point of contact to provide training and guidance to relevant teams on partnership programs, processes, and integration.
Take additional scopes of work based on business requirements and line managers’ instructions
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Customer Relations, Sales, Partnership, ideally within luxury, fashion, banking or hospitality.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and project management abilities.
Strong commercial and sales-driven mindset.
Ability to work under high pressure and meet sales targets.
Understanding of luxury customer insights as well as retail operation complexity in retail stores.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with external partners and internal stakeholders.
