Purpose of the position:
The Partnerships Manager is responsible for building, optimizing, and governing Talentnet’s key partners and its ecosystem. The role focuses on (1) detecting and developing new strategic partners to extend Talentnet’s ecosystem, products, and services; (2) optimizing the performance and value of existing partners; (3) supporting business functions in partner evaluation and onboarding; and (4) managing all partnerships through a centralized one-stop-shop corporate partnership platform, in compliance with Talentnet governance and ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS requirements.
Job Accountabilities:
1. Financial Achievement
- Drive team to meet team revenue target with optimal allocation of resources
- Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
2. Strategic Partners Optimization
- Review and evaluate performance of existing partners against agreed KPIs (revenue contribution, pipeline, delivery quality, client satisfaction, strategic value).
- Identify opportunities to deepen collaboration, cross-sell, bundle solutions, or improve operational effectiveness.
- Recommend corrective actions, optimization plans, scaling, or partnership exit when required
- Ensure periodic partner reviews are conducted and documented
3. Partnership Development
- Proactively scan the market to identify potential partners that can extend or complement Talentnet’s ecosystem, products, and services (HR consulting, HR tech, learning, platforms, vendors…).
- Conduct initial partner assessments covering strategic fit, capability, commercial potential, operational readiness, and risk considerations
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as contracting, system access, documentation, internal communication, and enablement.
- Build business cases and recommendations for management approval.
- Ensure onboarding follows approved processes, policies, and governance standards
4. Process & New Product Development
- Define partner value propositions, partnership models, and collaboration hypotheses aligned with Talentnet’s strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to create value-added services and solutions.
- Ensure all partnership activities comply with Talentnet’s internal policies, delegated authorities, contractual obligations, and risk management framework
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to management
5. Team Management and Development
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped to acquire more partners and to optimize existing partners.

- Set clear expectations, monitor performance metrics, and implement development plans to drive results
