Job Purpose
The Partnership Manager builds and manages Techcom Life’s Value-Added Services (VAS) partner ecosystem. The role identifies and engages partners, structures collaboration models, governs partnerships through steering committees, and drives the joint agenda across communications, market growth, system integration and the wider backlog. Validated partner opportunities are handed to the VAS Product Owner for development into offerings, expanding the “Sống Trọn” ecosystem.
Key Accountabilities
Partner sourcing and collaboration design
• Identify and evaluate potential partners across health, wellness, fitness, medical and lifestyle services against the VAS strategy and customer needs.
• Work with partners to identify and structure collaboration alternatives, such as revenue-share, pay-per-usage, co-branded and embedded models.
• Shape new partnership initiatives and hand validated opportunities to the VAS Product Owner for offering development and launch.
Partnership governance
• Establish and run steering committees with partners, setting the cadence, agenda, decisions and accountabilities.
• Drive the joint partnership agenda across workstreams, including communication plans, market growth, system and API integration, and the remaining backlog.
Relationship and delivery follow-through
• Act as the single point of contact for partners, tracking commitments and deliverables on both sides against agreed milestones.
• Verify the quality and compliance of partner services before they reach customers, and escalate risks where needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 5 or more years of experience in partnerships, business development or alliance management, preferably within financial services, healthcare or platform and ecosystem businesses.
• A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating and governing partnerships end to end.
• Strong steering-committee and multi-party stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive joint agendas to clear outcomes.
• Familiarity with system or API integration delivery is an advantage, together with English working proficiency in line with Techcombank’s policy.
