Pattern designer

Main Role: Responsible for all activities related to the staple design. Meet the requirements of customers and production.

Job details:

• Adjust designs and specifications based on feedback from relevant departments (Proto, Fit, Pre-Production).

• Develop designs in alignment with tech pack requirements, garment samples, and reference images.

• Provide detailed specifications of materials (e.g. lace, drawcords, etc.) to the Merchandising team.

• Share necessary technical information with related departments (e.g. printing, heat pressing, embroidery).

• Collaborate with the sample sewing team to resolve any issues related to garment specifications or sewing techniques, ensuring sample completion.

• Identify and report any inconsistent or unreasonable parameter details to the Merch team for customer clarification and follow-up.

Education: Bachelor's degree related to garments, Lectra Designer

Experience:There are 2 to 4 years of experience in staple design ( Pants, Tshirt, Jacket...)

Knowledge: Proficient use of Lectra
