2 Pattern Designers (Jackets & Backpacks) - open for Expat

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Designer to join our team, specializing in jackets and backpacks. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for functional, high-quality design.

Department: R&D Department

Responsibilities

• Receive samples, images, and technical documents from clients to create patterns.
• Design and modify patterns using Gerber software.
• Provide feedback on unreasonable specifications (if any) and suggest product adjustments as required.
• Create patterns and guide sample makers to complete prototype samples.
• Perform grading and create spec sheets.
• Inspect and fit samples after they are sewn.
• Address any pattern-related issues that arise during production.
• Create BOM (Bill of Materials) lists.
• Coordinate with the cutting department to manage and balance raw materials after production.

• English communication is a plus.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of jacket pattern making.
• Proficiency in Gerber software.
