* JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prepare and submit payroll/IR56E/IR56B for HK Action.
• To manage other related documents filed to the government.
• To assist the group finance manager in preparing HK Action’s bank-related reports.
• To assist in inputting sales order and delivery documents records into the ERP system and related tasks.
• To prepare HK Action’s bank transaction vouchers and journal.
• To prepare bank reconciliation statement of HK Action.
• Prepare HK Action’s finance reports per auditors’ request.
• Assist the finance supervisor to handle other related issues.

• College or above degree, major in finance or accounting.
• English communication.
• 1 - 3 years as the same position in manufacturing
• Computer Skills proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP B1, or any ERP systems.
• Knowledge about AR, AP process, and PIT report process.
• Accounting knowledge.
