Job Description

Develop and execute plans for registering and utilizing payment gateways to improve payment processes, payment experience, and cost efficiency.
Proactively control risk management and handle issues arising related to payment gateways.
Coordinate with the product team throughout the integration, maintenance, and operation of payment gateways.
Collaborate with the Operations team to manage and monitor key operational metrics, ensuring compliance with payment gateway policies and regulations.
Maintain the stability and reliability of all payment gateway systems.
Build and maintain reports related to payment gateway performance and quality.

At least 1 year of experience in payment gateway operations, risk management, or related areas—preferably in e-commerce or fintech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work across departments.
Diligent, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Proficient in English (reading and writing).
