Job Purpose:
· Execute the HR activities regarding Cost & Benefit in PHOENIX.
Job Duties:
· Coordinate and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews and onboarding.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
· Build a talent pipeline through networking, job fairs and recruitment platforms.
· Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
· Process payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions and benefits.
· Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, allowances, bonuses, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding compensation and benefits.
· Handle social insurance, personal income tax and other statutory requirements.
· Identify employee training needs and develop training programs.
· Organize training sessions, workshops and employee development initiatives.
· Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
· Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Manage employment contracts, renewals and terminations.
· Maintain and update employee records
· Support internal HR operations, including employee relations and compliance matters.
· Oversee office administration tasks related to HR operations.
· Ensure all HR activities comply with labor laws and company regulations.
· Manage and monitor employment contracts, labor agreements and policy updates.
· Assist in handling labor disputes, grievances and disciplinary actions.
Education Required:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
Experience Required:
· At least 2 years of HR experience
Knowledge Required:
· Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies.
· Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office.
· Able to communicate effectively in English.
