Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for administering Compensation & Benefits, supporting recruitment, training, and HR operations to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Administer monthly payroll with accurate calculation of salary, overtime, deductions, allowances and bonuses.
  • Manage employee benefits programs in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and internal C&B procedures.
  • Process social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax obligations.
  • Maintain payroll data, benefits records and statutory reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to validate manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Maintain recruitment records, talent pipelines and related reports.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs in accordance with internal standards.
  • Track training effectiveness, collect feedback and maintain training documentation.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage employee contracts, renewals and terminations in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR operations including employee relations and compliance activities.
  • Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions and labor dispute procedures.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2-3 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, C&B practices and HR procedures.
  • Strong communication, organizational and data-management skills.
  • Ability to work with confidentiality, accuracy and compliance mindset.
  • English communication
