Job Description

Responsible for leading and coordinating the entire product development process from initial ideation to final production.
Collaborates across departments to align product design meets customer needs and business goals.
Ensures each phase of development meets quality, cost, and timeline requirements.
A dynamic mix of technical expertise, project management, and strategic leadership, aimed at delivering innovative products that drive company success.
Provide support & feedback to Commercial team in order to meet agreed customer requirements on the design & product standard.
Support the Commercial team in introducing and managing customers visiting at the factories.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Design, Project Management.
Possess strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Ensure product designs are technically feasible, cost-effective, and sustainable.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in furniture design and development.
