1. Calculate revenue, operating expenses, management cost, parking fee for each project.
2. Select prestigious building management unit (if any) with a reasonable management fee.
3. Good customer service and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
4. Ensure that the operating expenses for buildings do not exceed budgets approved by BOD.
5. Ensure high standard of services of Security, Cleaning, Landscape, Pest Control, etc.
6. Ensure that the technical equipment in the building is operated in accordance with the manufacturers’ standard
7. Ensure proper operation of the building in accordance with the law.
8. Ensure the overall beauty of the buildings.
9. Save energy, water and other extra costs.
10. Control services in a building such as parking lot, swimming pool, community room, children's play room, Gym room, etc. and ensure high-end utility for residents.
11. Control leased companies such as banks, restaurants (if any), other services to make sure they follow the standard of the building related to fire prevention and fighting, safety, general beauty, high-end services ...
12. Buy full insurance for the building at a reasonable cost.
13. Prepare for establishment of the Management Board and for handover to the Management Board.
14. Assist and coordinate with related departments for company’s events
15. Carry out assigned duties from superiors.
