A. Lead Academic operations and projects:

• Create and revise Academic Operation Procedures for the branch
• Compose, issue and provide instructions on General Academic Operation Manual.
• Train, coach and cooperate with the zone's academic supervisors.
• Give directions or directly lead operational teams to handle incidents, depending on the level of impact, that arise within academic activities.
• Give directions and supervise the improvement plan for under-performing staff’s attitude, quality of work and productivity

B. Develop, standardize, and digitalize training content:

• Develop a Branch’s Training Plan and present it to the AM for approval and implementation.
• Digitalize all standardized training courses on LMS, assign and follow up on the registration and completion from different regions.
• Provide support where needed.

C. Develop, standardize, and implement key academic operating procedures:

• Conduct training to instruct people in charge to implement academic procedures.
• Academic procedures are standardized and executed across branch’s zones.

D. Program customization and innovation:

• Make appropriate modifications to the original curriculum

• Research and develop new programs that address the changing demands of the market (PBL; iLINK; iCLASS; ESL; Cambridge test preparation, etc.).

• Upgrade current programs with Project-based-learning activities (PBL) and AI integration.

E. Learning outcome assessment:

• Conduct learning outcome evaluation in the form of semester tests as and when required.

• Promote the iSMART’s most renowned English competition - English Champion Tournament and ensure a high level of participation by the students of all areas.

• Statistically measure the impacts of iSMART programs on a student's command of English.

F. Digital transformation:

• Do research on and propose new science-based teaching methodologies suitable for new class models (digital class).

A. Qualifications and skills:

• Holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in English Language or TESOL;

• Having a Master’s degree in Education, TESOL, or Applied Linguistics is preferred;

• Candidates having a Pedagogical Certificate are preferred;

• Having good knowledge of language teaching and learning theories and their practical application in materials and resources development;

• Having good communicative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

B. Experiences:

• Having at least 3 years of teaching experience;
• Having at least 3 years of experience in educational management or business management;
• Having experience working with teachers of different nationalities.
