Vị trí này đóng vai trò là người phụ trách công đoạn kiểm tra, làm việc trực tiếp với công nhân tại hiện trường, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình, nâng cao ý thức chất lượng và đào tạo nhân sự.

Trong công đoạn kiểm tra, việc quản lý chi tiết công việc và hướng dẫn sát sao từng công nhân là rất quan trọng.

This position is responsible for overseeing the inspection process, working closely with shop-floor operators on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with work procedures, fostering quality awareness, and developing personnel.

In the inspection process, detailed task management and close, continuous guidance for each operator are essential.

Nhiệm vụ chung:/ General Responsibilities

Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý công đoạn sản xuất Polysilicon

Take responsibility for the polysilicon production process

Chỉ đạo đội ngũ, đảm bảo vận hành an toàn và ổn định

Lead team members and ensure safe and stable operations

Thực hiện công tác vận hành ban động nhà máy và dây chuyền sản xuất

Carry out the initial operation (start-up) of the plant and production line

Hiểu cơ cấu tổ chức và điều phối công việc giữa các công đoạn

Understand organizational structure and coordinate between processes

Quản lý an toàn, vệ sinh lao động và sức khỏe nhân viên

Manage safety, hygiene, and employee health

Phê duyệt chấm công và lịch làm việc của nhân viên

Approve attendance and shift schedules of subordinates

Quản lý và triển khai hoạt động 5S theo kế hoạch

Lead and manage 5S activities according to plan

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên

Perform other manufacturing-related tasks as assigned

Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển nhân viên

Train, guide, and develop subordinates

Lập và đề xuất đánh giá nhân sự

Prepare and submit employee performance evaluations

Nhiệm vụ chuyên môn/ Specialized Responsibilities

Hiểu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng polysilicon và cải tiến chất lượng

Understand factors affecting polysilicon quality and improve quality performance

Triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất và chỉ đạo để đạt mục tiêu

Execute production plans and instruct shift leaders to achieve targets

Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, phát hiện và xử lý vấn đề nghiêm trọng

Monitor production progress and identify critical issues

Điều phối giữa các công đoạn khi cần thiết

Coordinate between processes when necessary

Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình, tiêu chuẩn vận hành

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures

Điều chỉnh, cải tiến quy trình khi có vấn đề

Revise procedures appropriately when issues arise

Phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất và nâng cao hiệu suất

Analyze production performance and implement improvements

Tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật liên quan đến hóa chất

Ensure compliance with chemical-related regulations

Đánh giá ảnh hưởng của sự cố thiết bị và phối hợp xử lý

Assess the impact of equipment abnormalities and coordinate with stakeholders

Điều phối khi bảo trì hoặc cải tạo thiết bị

Coordinate production during maintenance and equipment modification

Chỉ huy ứng phó sự cố khẩn cấp (rò rỉ, cháy nổ…)

Lead emergency response (leakage, fire, explosion) quickly and appropriately

Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng bộ phận.

Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

College degree or higher

Có kinh nghiệm trên 3 năm quản lý sản xuất

At least 3 years of experience in production management

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hóa chất

Experience working with chemicals

Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm hoặc có hiểu biết về phòng sạch

Experience or knowledge of cleanroom operations (highly preferred)

Có kiến thức về vận hành và bảo trì thiết bị

Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance

Biết tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh là lợi thế.

Japanese or English proficiency is an advantage

MS Office mức trung cấp

Giao tiếp tốt với công nhân

Strong communication with operators  

Có khả năng hướng dẫn rõ ràng, kiên nhẫn

Ability to provide clear, patient, and persistent guidance

Cẩn thận, chú ý chi tiết

Detail-oriented and attentive to process requirements
