Responsible for organizing the first Condominium Conference to establish the first-term BOC in accordance with legal regulations

Responsible for fulfilling the Investor’s handover obligations to BOCs

Implement the development of operation management plans and management fee unit prices for new projects

Attend meetings with government authorities and BOC acting as a liaison to ensure effective communication between Phu My Hung and BOCs

Periodically inspect, evaluate, and monitor the quality of operation management services in neighborhoods without BOC

Handle complaints from residents and customers regarding the quality of operation management services within the urban area

Represent the Investor in participating in BOCs

Coordinate with the Finance Team to review expenditure items from the Maintenance Fund in accordance with legal regulations

Other duties as assigned by BOD and in line with professional responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines

Requirement: A valid condominium operation management certificate

A minimum of 5 years of experience in building or real estate project management, with at least 2 years in an equivalent role

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in successfully organizing condominium conferences

Thorough understanding of real estate project operation management, including relevant regulations and procedures from the handover phase through operation to project closure

Thorough understanding of legal regulations related to condominium operation and management

Preference will be given to candidates with English communication skills
