- Consolidate sales forecasts and demand requirements from Sales, Business Development, and relevant commercial teams.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to align product availability with business demand.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, forecast changes, and potential supply risks to support timely actions.
- Support inventory allocation across sales channels based on business priorities.
2. Sales Operations Support
- Support product availability for sales campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and key customer requirements.
- Monitor order fulfillment status and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve planning or supply-related issues.
- Follow up on planning actions and ensure timely communication of key updates to stakeholders.
3. Reporting, Data & System Support
- Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, product availability, and planning performance.
- Maintain accurate planning data and records across Excel, ERP, CRM, or other planning systems.
- Prepare regular reports and support basic system operations to ensure data accuracy and smooth planning processes.
4. Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a coordination point between Commercial and Supply Chain-related teams to ensure smooth planning execution.
