Job Description

1. Demand, Supply & Inventory Coordination

  • Consolidate sales forecasts and demand requirements from Sales, Business Development, and relevant commercial teams.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to align product availability with business demand.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product availability, forecast changes, and potential supply risks to support timely actions.
  • Support inventory allocation across sales channels based on business priorities.
2. Sales Operations Support
  • Support product availability for sales campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and key customer requirements.
  • Monitor order fulfillment status and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve planning or supply-related issues.
  • Follow up on planning actions and ensure timely communication of key updates to stakeholders.
3. Reporting, Data & System Support
  • Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, product availability, and planning performance.
  • Maintain accurate planning data and records across Excel, ERP, CRM, or other planning systems.
  • Prepare regular reports and support basic system operations to ensure data accuracy and smooth planning processes. 
4. Cross-functional Coordination
  • Act as a coordination point between Commercial and Supply Chain-related teams to ensure smooth planning execution.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Planning, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Sales Administration, or related functions.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and basic data analysis.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
