Job Description

1. Warehouse Management

Manage operations of warehouses and related warehouses.
Monitor inventory levels and resolve warehouse-related issues.
Prepare and control monthly warehouse budgets; reconcile warehouse service fees.
Manage warehouse materials and supplies: purchasing proposals, quality evaluation, and reimbursement.
Utilize and provide training on warehouse management systems/software.
Coordinate with related departments to resolve operational issues.

2. Inbound Managment

Plan and arrange warehousing for imported goods; allocate inbound and outbound operations efficiently.
Arrange inter-warehouse transfers (e.g., Binh Duong to Hai Phong).
Monitor inbound reports, control losses, analyze root causes, and report to supervisors.
Supervise transportation and storage quality of imported goods.
Manage defective/damaged goods and coordinate with the warranty department for handling.
Verify actual inbound data and execute goods receipt and stock transfer transactions in the system.

3. Outbound Management

Check inventory, arrange delivery plans, and optimize truck loading and delivery schedules.
Handle barcode scanning issues and update product data in SAP.
Operate outbound delivery in the system (NAS/TS); prepare delivery notes and invoices.
Monitor delivery progress and ensure on-time delivery.
Download and manage VAT invoices; ensure accurate and timely documentation.

4. Logistics Suppliers Management

Manage logistics suppliers in the North and control transportation costs.
Track delivery performance, analyze delays/returns, and evaluate carrier efficiency.
Prepare monthly transportation budgets.
Reconcile carrier and warehouse service fees.
Support checking and reconciling LTL carrier debts (Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Hai Phong, etc.).
Timely apply for product certification and release, update some new standards

5. Another support and assigned tasks

Provide inventory data to the Sales team.
Coordinate with Sales to evaluate orders, arrange vehicles, and ensure timely delivery.
