Planning Officer

Planning

• Set monthly detailed plan based on general plan for export and local markets.
• Check the availability of related materials for each products before setting detailed plan
• Review stock for shipping advice (Local, Export) to adjust plan for sales demand
• Check packaging materials for packing plan
• Update actual monthly machine capacity
• Update monthly actual quantity of production on PSI file
• Update actual monthly shipment
• Follow and set production plan for new products following new products launching schedule

Other

• Report relating production, planning data
• Cooperate Purchasing and QC to receive result of packaging materials and re-confirm delivery of relating materials for production
• Support in preparing GMP documents: change control, trouble report, deviation, SOP,...
• Administration documents
• Support Manager and Partner in the urgent cases
• Connect and work in Company's activities
• Other tasks by Line Manager

- Graduated from University, major in Foreign Trade/ Logistics & Supply chain/ Production planning related 
- Fluent in MS Office especially Excel
- Fluent in English skills
- Good ability to calculate and manage exactly the data
